Greenfield Power Outage Reached Greendale
Construction crew struck underground wires.
If you lost power yesterday you can point the finger at construction crews over by Whitnall High School in Greenfield.
WE Energies' Cathy Schulze said that construction crews dug into an underground cable with caused the outage. Customers in Greenfield, Greendale, Hales Corner and New Berlin were affected. About 2,100 customers were affected by the outage.
She also said the vast majority had power within two hours.
