Greendale Winter Story Time Begins February

Winter Story Time will finally begin after a delay held up the sessions.

Winter Story Time is finally beginning this season at the Greendale Public Library. 

Story Time was delayed this season because library staff believed that the space was going to be used for construction of the Greendale Community Learning Center. The construction was delayed.

Sign ups began January 2. Winter Story Time sessions run February 3 through March 10:

Library Babies 
Birth-2 years old
Thursdays, 9:15-10:00 a.m.
Greendale Public Library Youth Area
Babies and their parents will have fun with lap bouncing songs, stories, flannel board activities, and songs. Storytime will be followed by open playtime.

Lapsitters
2 and 3 year olds
Tuesdays, 1:30-2:00 p.m.
Wednesdays, 9:30-10:00 a.m.
Village Education Center
Toddlers will have fun dancing, singing, and listening to stories. The children can participate in flannel board stories and finger plays. Every week there will be a make-and-take craft.

Story Times
3, 4, and 5 year olds
Tuesdays 10:30-11:00 a.m.
Wednesdays 1:30-2:00 p.m.
Village Education Center
Story Time is for children ages 3-5 who are ready for longer stories. Dancing, singing, finger plays, and flannel board stories with an emphasis on prereading skills are emphasized. Every week there will be a make-and-take craft.
