One Step Closer to North Dakota

Last Sunday, my sister Kathi, sister-in-law Paula & myself drove a truck & car out to Fairmount, North Dakota to move my sister.  This is the first step to the BIG move!  It took a little longer than anticipated, about 12 hours.  We hit a white out before Madison & I had to stop the truck.  I really didn't even know if I was on the road.  We waited about 15 minutes, then got on the road following other cars.  A little scary for me, but okay.  We arrived about 5 pm & had help there to unload.  Then it was time for a few drinks.  We got up early the next morning to drive the truck up to Fargo.  Spent most of the day up there & oddly, we really couldn't stand the traffic!  When you're in a town that has maybe 3 cars traveling at once, we wanted OUT!  Kathi is happy, I'm a little sad.  But, we need her out there ahead to check out houses & get ready for us to come out.  There were only a few inches of snow, we could still see the rich, black dirt in the fields, so there's not much more than what we have.  It was in the upper 30's during the day, teens at night.  Couldn't see all the stars, very overcast.  Heavy fog when we went back up to Fargo to catch the train.  Keep you posted on our progress!
