I stopped at Transfer Pizza on 1st & Mitchell Street last Friday & thought I would try the Gluten Free Pizza I had heard about. I ordered one for take out & had a beer while waiting. The woman that waited on me, Kathleen, recommended the garlic cream sauce & I paired it with pepperoni. Kathleen wanted me to try a piece before I left: she's a smart cookie. Really, I'd eat my right arm of it was covered in their garlic cream sauce. There is no way anyone would know that the crust was GF (Gluten Free). I think I had a tear in my eye. It was that good. Then she brought out one of the owners, Krys. O My! Great personality and easy on the eye. Smart man, knows what people like. I'll be going back.
