Owners of Borders Building File Bankruptcy
At least four retailer and restaurants interested in Southridge area.
The owners of the vacant building on 76th Street have filed bankruptcy and the Village of Greendale is one of the creditors.
The owners of the building owe the village $71,000 in real-estate taxes, according to a blog from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Village Manager Todd Michaels told the Journal Sentinel that the bankruptcy should not derail development on the 76th Street.
