Chick-fil-A Coming to Southridge Area

Chick-fil-A might join new restaurants Longhorn Steakhouse and Panda Express on the 76th Street corridor.

Chick-fil-A has submitted plans to build a restaurant on one of the south outlots in front of the under-construction Walmart on 76th Street.

The Greendale Village Board will review the application on Tuesday and likely refer it to the Planning Commission.

Following , a number of new restaurants and businesses have announced plans to open in the 76th street corridor. 

will be built alongside each other at the old Leath Furniture location. Designer Shoe Warehouse will in March of 2013.

Wisconsin's only other Chick-fil-A is in Racine. The company received national attention recently after the restaurant chain president expressed his opposition to gay marriage.

It's sad that so many liberals (aka Jason) think that free speech only applies for the benefit of those on the left. Those who parade around the banner of tolerance are often the most intolerent of all.Chick Fil A will be very successful in Greendale.
