Boston Store Jumps on the Remodeling Bandwagon at Southridge

Boston Store will begin remodeling in October and plans to finish in August 2012, Schrantz said.

According to the Journal Sentinel, the store will have lighter color palette, a more contemporary design and a more open floor plan, similar to the ones at Mayfair and Brookfield Square.

"BonTon’s announcement that it will be renovating and updating its Southridge Boston Store location is the latest exciting announcement coming out of Greendale’s 76th Street Corridor," said Greendale Village President John Hermes. "We are pleased to see anchor stores like Boston Store joining us in our commitment to revitalizing the S. 76th Street commercial area.

"We believe the renovation of Southridge’s Boston Store is one more step toward returning Southridge to the dominance it once enjoyed."
