Ann Taylor Loft and Justice might open at Southridge Mall, according to paperwork from the .
The Milwaukee Business Journal also reported that Body Central is among the new stores opening inside the mall. Southridge Manager Mary Mokwa said she was not able to yet confirm the tenants.
The $52 million renovation has drawn a number of new tenants both inside and outside the mall, most notably the recent openings of Macy’s and H&M.
Tilly’s, Teavana, will also open in the mall this fall. Meanwhile outside the mall, and are opening on 76th Street.
Several stores have jumped on the renovation bandwagon, which inlcude , , , , , , , , , and .
Peter Glaser, a retail broker with CBRE Inc. in Milwaukee, told the Milwaukee Business Journal that he believes the mall’s redesign and the new tenants could bring some upper-income residents of Milwaukee’s south suburbs who used to do their shopping at Mayfair.
Even though Mokwa could not confirm the tenants, she did say that an announcement will soon be coming.
