What Do You Think of the Norman Rockwell Statue?

The Norman Rockwell statue has been out on Broad Street for several weeks.

Norman Rockwell has been out of hibernation for several weeks now, and his iconic pose as he paints an iconic Greendale landmark – Village Hall once again graces the corner of Broad Street.

Fans of the Norman Rockwell statue, a privately paid-for gift by Grandhaven, LLC owner Roy Rieman, only got to enjoy it for three months last fall before it was put away for the winter.

Even though Norman Rockwell never visited or painted a picture of Greendale, the village has been marketed throughout the years as a Norman Rockwell-type of town.
