Walk at your own risk through the haunted woods! Children ages 4-8 will have “spooktacular” fun again this year on the Greendale Historical Society's third annual Halloween Walk Through the Woods at the Hose Tower.
This family event is $1.00 admission for ages 4-8 with a free treat bag for the first 150 kids. Parents can relax and enjoy the festivities with a complimentary snack and beverage while their children are escorted on the haunted adventure by high school volunteers.
The young theatrical troupe, “Accompany of Kids” will return for entertainment this year along with the Society's own cackling witch and a host of assorted goblins. Meet at the historic Hose Tower on Saturday, October 20, 2012 (Rain Date is Oct. 27).
Proceeds benefit the Greendale Historical Society's fundraising efforts for the adaptive re-use of the Grounds Building and Hose Tower into a community center.
