The Way Church, which held its first ever service last Sunday, is hoping to build off the momentum of a great start.
Pastor Josh Waldoch said more than 60 people attended the new, nondenominational church's first service at Martin Luther High School on Oct. 6.
"Everything went great," he said. "We had a great turnout."
Waldoch encouraged others to come out and see what The Way is all about at the church's second service, at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, also at Martin Luther.
He said the church's partnership with local restaurant Dr. Dawg will continue, with this Sunday's special being buy one hot dog, get one free.
