Grand Opening: The Rock Rolls Out Family Fun
Milwaukee County Parks and The Rock kicked off a special grand opening Friday with live music, baseball games and more at The Rock Complex.
A huge crowd rocked all day, and night, during the weekend-long festivities celebrating the grand opening of The Rock Complex in Franklin.
Featuring a Jimmy Buffet style cookout Friday to kick the weekend off right, Milwaukee County Parks and The Rock teamed up to offer a whole slew of events including a home run derby, youth baseball open house, live music and an outdoor movie, "The Sandlot."
Party-goers snagged a drink from open-air style Umbrella Bar and watched The Rock employees face off against The Rock Contractors in a head-to-head baseball game.
