A Good, Healthy, Easy-Making Smoothie

I found that good smoothies are hard to come by. Try this one.

Some of these fruits can be pretty pricey. You can always buy frozen fruit and keep them in your freezer. It's cheaper and just the same. The vanilla can be imitation, no need to be fancy. To be keep it healthy make sure the yogurt is nonfat. I used iFit and calculated that it's about 115 calories. Hope you have fun making this!

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 cup of raspberries

1/2 of cup of non plain yogurt

Two Splenda packets

Vanilla extract or imitation Vanilla

1/2 cup of water

3 cubes of ice

Notes: Add less water for thick smoothies.
