 &ldquo\;Paint the Mall Red&rdquo\; on Saturday\, Feb. 23 at the Southrid
 ge Mall located at 5300 S 76th St. Greendale\, WI. The event is part of 
 a campaign dubbed &ldquo\;Choose Well\,&rdquo\; focuses on improving the
  health of our communities by encouraging people to make small lifestyle
  changes and participating in heath screenings.\nAurora chef\, Joe Ninne
 man\, will give a live heart healthy cooking demonstration of Portabella
  Chicken and Lentil Soup at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m in the Center Court.
  Dietitian\, Dee Gabbard\, will also be available to answer any question
 s and give professional nutrition advice.\nFree blood pressure checks an
