U.S. Cellular Might be Constructed in Front of Walmart
The Village Board will review the application for a building that will be built across the street from Southridge Mall.
Construction of a U.S. Cellular building in one of Walmart's outlots is up for consideration by the Greendale Village Board.
Two outlots for tenants were part of the plan that was approved for the nearly constructed Walmart across the street from Southridge Mall.
The other outlot will be occupied by Chick-Fil-A, which will be built sometime in the Summer.
The board will review the application on Tuesday and most likely refer it to the Greendale Planning Commission.

Please not another phone store!!!!! There are enough of these around. Let's have another good restaurant like maybe "Five Guys" burgers or Culvers!
