Two Milwaukee women are accused of trying to steal more than $500 in high-end merchandise from Boston Store.
Lakisha Marceils Stinson, 24, and Sheika Shontae Stinson, 25, were charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday with one count of felony retail theft. If convicted, they each face up to 1 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
On Oct. 15, a Boston Store security officer saw the women enter the store, then begin to shove pieces of Waterford crystal into a shopping bag and leave the store. The two were stopped outside the store shortly after the theft.
Inside the bag were four Waterford pieces valued at $75 each and a cream and sugar dispenser valued at $210.
Greendale police officers were called to the store and Sheika Stinson told them she’s having financial problems and decided to steal the items and Lakisha agreed to go along with the plan.
Both women will make their initial appearance in court Nov. 26.

Great to see the Milwaukee County DA actually filing charges and protecting the public interest.
