Macy's Workers and Customer Flashed By Cross-dressing Male
The juvenile male was wearing a blue halter dress with cowboy boots when he exposed himself in the swimwear department, according to police records.
A woman shopping at Southridge Macy’s “was a victim of indecent exposure” in the swimwear department.
On July 10 the woman said a male in a blue halter-style woman’s dress and cowboy boots followed her into the bathroom and exposed himself, according to Greendale police reports. The male had a short military style haircut and was clean-shaven. He also exposed his genitalia to workers as well. The alleged flasher got away that day.
One would think that would have been end of that story, however, two days later the juvenile male returned to the mall wearing the same blue halter dress and boots. He was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior.

I saw a young man fitting that description @ the library on the 10th. He was in the hallway outside the conference room where a group of kids were watching a presentation on owls. Thank goodness a librarian escorted him out before he tried to give a "presentation" of his own.

We teach our children to accept Gay's so why would a librarian excort him out of the library?? Because he was dressed like a women?? or did he expose himself at the library too??....It all starts to get confusing.....hmmm

I'm not exactly sure what he did or said in the hallway that got him escorted from the library. From what I saw, he certainly was trying to get the attention of young children as opposed to attending a presentation on owls. As a side note cross dressing does not necessarily mean someone is gay.

Sooo...you are not exactly sure why he/she was escorted out. Are you saying, it's not because of the way he/she was dressed?? Side Note:but there are gays who are cross-dresser's ....and that's accepted, right??
