H&M Setting Up Shop in Southridge Mall
The Swedish store plans to be at Southridge in three to four months.
A 17,000-square-foot H&M store will open at Southridge Mall in the next three to four months.
Patrick Basche, Southridge's general manager, told The Business Journal that the new H&M is part of the planning of a major renovation and working on attracting a new anchor tenant.
H&M Hennes & Mauritz AB will be on the lower level across from Old Navy and next to Victoria Secret. Lane Bryant was fomerly located at that site and has now moved to an upper level location along with two temporary tenants.
H&M sells fashion, cosmetics and accessories for women, men, teens and children and is popular with young adults. H&M occupies a two story store in Bayshore Mall in Glendale and one-story store in Brookfield Square, neither of which sell children clothing.
