$900K Wow House Features 6-Car Garage, In-Ground Pool 'Oasis'
5,500-square-foot home in Racine County also includes four upper-level bedrooms connected by a catwalk.
From elegant and stately mansions to modern, environmentally friendly abodes, southeastern Wisconsin is chock-full of one-of-a-kind homes for sale. Each week, Patch highlights one "Wow House" that caught our attention.
This week, it's a three-level executive home at 5924 Stefanie Way in Caledonia.
This open-concept home has 18-foot-tall ceilings and loads of windows throughout. There are four bedrooms in the upper level that are adjoined by a catwalk, and maple hardwood floors in the main floor. The lower level features another bedroom, a see-through gas fireplace, a full bath, a wet bar and living room.
The 5,500-square-foot home also has a six-car garage and game room with patio doors that lead to an in-ground pool professionally landscaped "oasis" with a fireplace.
Built in 2005, the asking price on this home is $899,900, and it's being offered by Coldwell Banker HomeSale Realty. Property taxes are about $11,000 per year.

Property taxes on this residence are not high enough, one who can afford such an overbuild can surely pay more in taxes. Where are the environmental nuts now, certainly one can live in much quainter surroundings and save on utility usage.

Yes Richard--punish success and let the government continue to squander the money. Simple envy is not a tax policy worth a lick,
